Daimon Barber – The Anti-Fatigue Facial

‘Intelligent Skincare’

I’ve lost count of the number of supposedly ‘man friendly’ facials I’ve had. At best my beard causes confusion, at worst it’s plain ignored. So I took my low expectations to Harvey Nichols to sample Daimon Barbers Anti-Fatigue Facial, and guess what? I was slapped in the face by a game changer of a treatment!

Guess what, within moments my therapist was actually showing my beard some love with an Exfoliating Cleaner (it contains pumice particles to lift follicles and target ingrowing hairs, and blemishes). Next came a welcome lather up with the gently anti oxidant Honey Bee Complex and Proplis Face Wash. Rythmic movements banished all facial tension, as the product went to work protecting the skin from environmental damage.

After cleansing and exfoliating both Facial Concentrate and Anti Fatique Eye Cream were applied, both these skin drinkeable solutions boosted the skin, leaving my face invigorated with no signs of tightness. Finally the treatment ended with a few drops of Beard and Stubble Serum, a pint sized power product that softens as it hydrates.

The most welcome side effect of this 45 minute Anti-Fatigue Facial was increased blood flow to my skin which I reckon made me look a damn site fresher than when I had entered. The quality of the Daimon Barber products used also shone through, free from chemical nasties, and with a subtle aroma… they also have way more than average shelf appeal! But what impressed me most was an intelligent skincare protocol that tackles the whole face. Thanks Daimon Barber for acknowledging that underneath facial hair, is skin, and that skin may need some attention!
