‘Three ways to flawless skin!’
Hailing from sunny Rio de Janeiro, Dr Ariel Haus has 15 years experience specialising in non-invasive and minimally invasive Cosmetic Medicine. Now his world-renowned Brazilian cosmetic practices are on offer to patients at his new clinic in London’s Harley Street, what’s more Ariel has without doubt some of the safest, most experienced hands out there.
Trinity Laser treatment is a very flexible system and appropriate for most skin types and colours, I started with a thorough consultation with Dr Haus to ascertain if I was suitable for the treatment.
The next stage in the process involved a topical anaesthetic cream and a simple skin peel. The latter helps to stimulate the production of collagen and leads to cell renewal. New, younger cells equals new, younger skin is the logic! Now fully prepped and checked, I was ready to go under the laser.
As you may have guessed from the name, Triniti’s effects are threefold. Firstly, the laser heats up targeted areas of your face in order to address any discolouration. If you imagine a particularly mild tanning experience you’re not far off. Even if you don’t have age spots, spider veins or the like, it helps even up the skin tone after enjoying a bit too much sun.
Where the first blast works on the surface of your skin, the second deals with the lower layers. Using a gently pulsing infrared light focused on specific wavelengths, Dr Haus’s apparatus stimulates collagen and elastin production. This was probably the most surprising part of the treatment. My skin immediately felt tighter and I was advised that I could expect this to be a long-term change!
Lastly, the treatment turns its attention to wrinkles. Similar to the first part, my face was lightly heated up but this time Dr Haus went after my crow’s feet and my tiny (almost-imperceptible-to-the-human-eye) wrinkles. The radio-frequency energy is therefore targeted slightly deeper at your connective tissue, with the heat energy being designed to again stimulate collagen production and firm up tissue.
I felt well looked after through every step of this thorough process process, and in the days and weeks that followed I was pleased to notice fresher, tighter looking skin. Thanks Dr Haus we’ll be back!
