RBKC Junior Doctors

“I look more awake in the morning!” Ed

Junior Doctors play a fundamental role in hospitals by working closely with patients and staff on the shop floor 24 hours a day. From radiological scans to clinic appointments and ward rounds, these guys can be found in every medical department. Late nights and early mornings are all part of the job, so we at The Grooming Guide recruited at team of six Junior Doctors to test the latest and greatest eye products. Thanks guys!

We suggest you keep it cool when treating eye bags. Start by placing a couple of spoons over your eyes having chilled them in the freezer first, the cold will constrict your blood vessels and reduce puffiness. Follow with one of our tried and tested eye creams and apply a little under each eye socket then gently tap with your fingertips. Again chilling your eye cream in the fridge will make it even more effective. Never apply cream in the immediate eye area!
